Kim has more than twenty years' experience in financial and program management. Kim has consulted to small businesses and nonprofits and worked in senior leadership advancing organizations through the successful implementation of programs and the attainment of strategic goals.
Kim is highly skilled in program evaluation, measuring success of key outcomes, identifying relevant stake-holders, and setting the stage for ongoing achievement. She is an energetic presenter and trainer, skilled at delivering content with clarity, humor, and efficiency to diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
Before branching into consulting, Kim served as the Chief Operating Officer at Star Island Corporation and the Chief Financial Officer for CATCH Neighborhood Housing.
Kim moved to New Hampshire's Coös County in 2008 to nurture her love for outdoor exploration. Her keen interest in and appreciation for New Hampshire's landscapes were impetus for her pursuit of a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Plymouth State University.
Kim splits her volunteer time between direct service and organizational leadership opportunities, in such roles as Income Tax Aide for New Hampshire's AARP Foundation, Trail Maintainer for the Cohos Trail Association, and board member of the Waterman Fund.
